Bowling Bash 2008 is a competition between huddles all over Western Nebraska in an effort to raise money for local huddle ministry.  During the month of January, kids attending your huddle would find people in your community to sponsor them on Super Bowl Sunday as they bowl to raise money for your huddle.  Sponsors would pledge to sponsor one of the kids in your huddle per pin that they would potentially knock down for one game.  For example if a kid in your huddle had someone sponsor them at $1 per pin and they bowled a 150 game then the sponsor would donate $150.  Half of that $150 would then go directly back to your huddle towards any huddle expense and the other half would go towards helping with summer camp costs.  The huddle who raises the most money and knocks down the most pins will receive a prize!  Results will be posted on this website.

Resources necessary for Bowling Bash 2008 are below:
  • Sample Schedule
  • Individual Score Sheet

Bowling Bash 2008 can also be a powerful way to share the Gospel with your school.  The sample schedule located above allows for time for kids in your huddle to invite unsaved and saved friends to come and bowl a couple games for fun, take in the Super Bowl and then at half time hear how Jesus has changed the life of a high profile athlete.  Kids are always looking for a place to watch the Super Bowl so take advantage of it!  Check out the web site below for the Super Bowl half time resources:
